I usually refuse to give out addresses, but I think that as paying consumers we might be able to introduce change. I want everyone of you who has ever had a horrible customer service experience with Cellcom (which is probably most of you) to email Amos and let him know how you feel. Let them know that you spend an average 150 Shekel a month (or whatever it is) and you DEMAND customer SERVICE! As the captain of this ignorant ship, he deserves to know how the ship is leaking oil and running aground.
Here is the captain of the ship's first officer, Meir Barav on Facebook, he is "Head of Customer Service" over at Cellcom.

Do they sit around at Cellcom and dream up ways to screw their customer base? I wonder what this guy really gets paid to do over there as Head of lack of Customer Service. From his Facebook pic he looks very smug, he didn't even have the beitzim to respond to my message last year when Amos did. Send him a message as well if you are on Facebook, let him know how much you approve of his job! Amos, let me know if you want to replace him, I think I have some better ideas on how to run your customer service department, heck, I can't do a worse job than Meir even if I tried.
We need to start a movement here in Israel, the movement of YES כֵּן!. We, as consumers, as the ones who pay these people's bills, need to train Israeli customer (lack of) service representatives what is means to provide the service that we as the consumer are actually paying for. Instead of saying NO automatically to every request made, we demand that they tell us YES כֵּן!. Simple and hopeful, sometimes I dream, but imagine if 5% then 10% then 20% of the consumer base started demanding YES, maybe they might listen? If there are any printer or button companies out there reading this and would like to sponsor a bunch of little pins and flyers please let me know, I am open to donations to help get this movement off the ground :-)

I found this blog by looking for Mr. Shapira's address, so thank you. I have never come across a more rude, dishonest and incompetent customer service! They will never see another shekel from me and I'm sure that Mr. Shapira has no idea how his customers are treated!
Thank you
Thank you for this blog entry! I am so furious at them right now. Honestly, they are absolutely terrible... I was on the phone waiting to speak to someone for 45 mins to cancel my account and the woman by the name of "Hen" told me I could not, under any circumstances, talk to her supervisor. What kind of company is this where they don't let you cancel your account? And to top if off, refuse anyone from escalating the issue? I just want to settle my bill! Wow. I'm boiling over at this and at customer service in Israel in general.
